Job summary

Calleo Australia is seeking a senior Data Architect to lead enterprise data modelling and architecture across projects. You will develop and maintain enterprise, conceptual, logical and physical data models and define architecture standards.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define information requirements, ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture, promote data governance and quality practices, and mentor technical teams on data modelling disciplines.

• Develop and maintain enterprise, conceptual, logical and physical data models.


• Define and implement enterprise data architecture standards, frameworks and design principles.


• Establish and maintain metadata, lineage, reference data and master data management practices.


• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define information requirements and data structures.


• Ensure alignment between project solutions and enterprise data architecture.


• Provide architectural assurance across projects, platforms and data initiatives.


• Define and promote data governance, stewardship and quality management practices.


• Identify opportunities to improve enterprise data management and information architecture maturity.


• Support system integration through common data standards and reusable design patterns.


• Mentor technical teams and provide expert guidance on data modelling and architecture disciplines.

Job Location

Canberra / Sydney / Brisbane

Due to the nature of this role, this job is open to Australian Citizens only. Candidates who currently hold or able to obtain Federal Government Security Clearances are highly desirable.
