Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or a science related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, GAMP, CSV.
• Experience with Chromatography Data Systems like Empower.
• Preferred but not mandatory knowledge on TGA, GAMP, US FDA, MHRA Regulations.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing is mandatory.
• Must possess a strong customer focus.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience with specific customer needs.
• Personal sense of integrity.
• Effective time management skills.
• System level approach to problem solving.
• Analytical mindset with a strong drive to resolve open issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth and Achieve AOP for Professional Services in ANZ (03PS).
• Installation, troubleshooting and support of Informatics products.
• Scope, Document and Manage long term professional services projects E.g. Computerized systems validation.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers ensuring their success.
• Manage customer expectations by communicating work performed and providing follow-up plan if needed.
• Ensure customer compliance regulations are followed.
