Job summary

Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer to lead the delivery of complex creative content across print, digital, social, motion, video and studio production. You’ll manage end-to-end projects, ensure brand consistency, and guide a team of designers to maintain high quality standards.

You’ll work across campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives, with flexibility for a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities to shape creative workflows and production processes.

Qualifications

• Desirable qualification in multimedia design or related discipline.
• Minimum five years’ experience in multimedia or related field.
• Ability to independently manage complex creative projects.
• Experience across formats and channels with brand consistency.
• Strong quality assurance with attention to detail.
• Experience guiding other designers or team members.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality creative content across print, digital, social, motion, video and studio production.
• Interpret briefs and translate objectives into concepts and assets.
• Manage projects from brief through development, reviews, QA and final delivery.
• Create assets across formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support multimedia production activities including photography and video.
• Review work for quality, technical suitability and production readiness.
• Provide guidance to Multimedia Designers and resolve challenges.
