Job summary

Publicis Groupe is hiring a Social Influencer Manager in Sydney to drive channel strategy, lead influencer campaigns, and execute social media content. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and clients to deliver compelling campaigns that connect brands with culture.

The role requires a passion for emerging trends, strong experience across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and a proven track record in agency settings within Australia.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in managing a client's social media presence or influencer campaigns.
• Proven expertise with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Confident client leadership and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong passion for keeping up with culture and emerging trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of integrated influencer and social campaigns from concept to reporting.
• Build scalable content calendars balancing brand storytelling, performance and engagement.
• Develop and implement influencer and social media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor conversations and communities; escalate to internal and client stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain content calendars and copy across social channels; analyze results and provide recommendations.
