Job summary

Downer invites applications for an Industrialisation Manager role based at the Maryborough Service Delivery Centre on the Fraser Coast. Qualifications

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in an industrialisation role.
• Six Sigma or lean manufacturing qualification advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of plant engineering, manufacturing, quality processes and application.
• Experience delivering projects from concept through to production realisation.
• Advanced understanding of human work factors and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the Major Project Industrialisation roadmap
• Lead day 1 readiness within project teams
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on all Industrialisation related activities
• Drive continuous improvement and lead change management culture
• Drive process standardisation across projects
