Job summary

Downer is seeking an Industrialisation Manager for its Maryborough Service Delivery Centre on the Fraser Coast. You will oversee the industrialisation strategy from bid to delivery, leading interfaces with project partners and driving standardisation and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the GM of Operations, this full-time, on-site role requires 5+ years in industrialisation, knowledge of manufacturing and safety practices, and the ability to deliver projects from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an industrialisation role with delivery focus.
• Strong knowledge of plant engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Experience applying quality processes and safety standards.
• Proven ability to drive standardisation and improvement.
• A track record delivering projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Major Project Industrialisation roadmap execution.
• Lead day 1 readiness within project teams.
• Act as SME on all Industrialisation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management culture.
• Drive process standardisation across projects.
