Job summary

Downer Maryborough is seeking an Industrialisation Manager to lead all industrialisation projects at the Maryborough Service Delivery Centre on the Fraser Coast. Reporting to the GM of Operations, you will oversee the implementation of all project industrialisation deliverables and manage interfaces with project partners from bid to delivery.

• Drive continuous improvement and lead change management culture.
