Downer Group in Maryborough is seeking an Industrialisation Manager to lead the industrialisation strategy from bid to delivery, reporting to the GM of Operations, and ensuring successful implementation of all project industrialisation deliverables.
You will manage interfaces with project partners, drive standard processes, and lead day-1 readiness within project teams while championing continuous improvement and safe working practices.
We have an exciting opportunity available for an Industrialisation Manager to join the team at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre on the Fraser Coast. Reporting directly to the GM of Operations, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of all project industrialisation deliverables.
You will play a key role in managing the industrialisation interfaces with project partners, as well as leading the industrialisation strategy, structure, system and processes from bid to delivery.
