Job summary

Contract Resources is seeking Industrial Services Technicians for the Moomba and Cooper Basin region in South Australia. The role offers ongoing work in industrial cleaning, vacuum loading, high-pressure water blasting, and support in confined spaces.

You will work with a dedicated site team to deliver safe, efficient services while developing your skills. A long-term career with an industry leader is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience as a High-Pressure Water Blaster (Operator level).
• 1+ years' experience driving and operating a Vacuum Truck.

About the Role

Due to continued business growth and increasing demand across our operations, we are seeking Industrial Services Technicians to join our team supporting ongoing operations within the Moomba and Cooper Basin region of South Australia.

This position offers stable, ongoing work across industrial cleaning, vacuum loading, high-pressure water blasting, confined space support and maintenance activities. Working as part of a dedicated site team, you'll play a key role in delivering safe and efficient services to our clients while developing your skills and building a long-term career with an industry leader.

Duties will include but not limited to

• Industrial cleaning and maintenance activities
• Operating vacuum trucks and associated equipment
• High-pressure water blasting activities
• Tank cleaning and decontamination services
• Confined space support and sentry duties
• General labouring and site housekeeping activities
• Adhering to all Work Health and Safety requirements and procedures
• Completing site documentation and permit requirements
• Working effectively within a team environment while also being capable of working autonomously
• Assisting other crews and supporting operational requirements across site

Requirements & Experience Needed

• 1-2 years' experience working as a High-Pressure Water Blaster at an Operator level
• 1+ years' experience driving and operating a Vacuum Truck
• Construction Induction (White Card)
• Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years - essential)
• Confined Space Entry certificate (within 2 years - essential)
• Gas Test Atmosphere certificate (within 2 years - essential)
• Breathing Apparatus certificate (Highly desirable)
• MSMSS00018 - Operate High Pressure Water Jetting System - Operator or Assistant ticket (essential)
• MSMSS00020 - Vacuum Loading Operations (Desirable)
• Hold, or are willing and able to obtain a Dangerous Goods License
• Current Drivers Licence (HR/HC/MC - essential)
• High Risk Work License - LF/Dogman/Rigger (advantageous)
• Full Australian work rights
