Department of Customer Service in NSW seeks an Advisor Industrial Relations to join the People Services team. You will interpret industrial instruments, research case law and advocate on behalf of the Department, liaising with unions.

This role supports IR services, provides strategic advice, and may involve filing documents with courts and commissions. Hybrid work between Parramatta, Gosford or Haymarket is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable industrial and employment law and experience with workplace complaints and disciplinary matters.
• Experience in research and analysis to support industrial relations services.
• Degree in Industrial Relations or Law (major in Industrial/Employment) or related field.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités
