Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to deliver high-quality service and maintenance across industrial refrigeration systems in the Perth area. You’ll report to the Service Manager and support proactive, safety-focused work practices.

Ideal candidates hold refrigeration qualifications, a valid driver’s licence, ARC licence, and a current electrical licence, with preferred ammonia system exposure. We offer a competitive pay rate and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Qualified or experienced Refrigeration Mechanic.
• Current valid driver’s licence.
• Current ARC licence.
• Current Restricted Electrical licence.
• Ideally you’ll also have: Previous industrial refrigeration experience; Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills; Ability to work independently or as part of a team; Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines; Willingness to work flexible hours; Ammonia system experience; A positive and proactive approach to safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and unplanned service and maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
• Participate in company training programs and service meetings.
