Job summary

You’ll work on large-scale systems, contribute to safety and efficiency, and advance within Australia’s leading Industrial Refrigeration business.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll deliver maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a diverse portfolio in the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA, with strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Essential Trade qualification as a Refrigeration Mechanic or equivalent experience.
• Current ARC Licence.
• Current Restricted Electrical Licence.
• Current unrestricted Driver's Licence.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capability.
• Previous industrial refrigeration experience.
• Experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Exposure to food manufacturing, cold storage, mining, or process cooling industries.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Flexible and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimise customer downtime.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and development programs.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
