• Proven outbound sales experience in high-volume or agency recruitment.
• Resilience and commercial acumen for fast-paced blue-collar staffing.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle for territory visits.

Responsabilidades

• Full-cycle temp recruitment from outreach to placement management.
• Drive business development through cold calling and local canvassing.
• Conduct minimum 5 client visits per week across the territory.
