Charles Hull Contracting is seeking an Industrial Painter & Sandblaster for the Waroona workshop in Western Australia. You will assess, prepare, and paint heavy earthmoving fleet and rebuilt components before they go back to site.

The role operates on a 5 days on, 2 days off roster, based at the Waroona workshop. Candidates should have blasting and coating experience, spray-system proficiency, and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and screening.

Formación

• Knowledge of blasting techniques and surface prep for painting and coatings.
• Ability to apply industrial paint systems with airless and conventional spray equipment.
• Mixing paints and coatings to specification.
• Carry out quality inspections of completed work.
• Safety-focused mindset with strong work ethic.
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.

About the Role: Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisors this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Industrial Painter & Sandblaster to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for the assessing, preparing and painting of our heavy earthmoving mobile fleet and rebuilt components before they are taken out to site.

Roster & Location: 5 days on 2 days off (Mon to Fri) based at the Waroona Workshop

About you:

• Strong knowledge of blasting techniques and surface preparation for painting & protective coatings
• Application of industrial paint systems using airless & conventional spray equipment
• Mixing paints and coatings to specification
• Carry out quality inspections of completed work
• Safety focused mindset with a solid work ethic
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
• HRWL – LF, WP
• Work safely at heights
