Job summary

Aston Advantage in Maddington, WA is seeking a Leading Hand Industrial Painter to oversee a small blast and paint team on mining equipment rebuilds and large fabrication projects.

You will apply your trade qualification and leadership experience to coordinate daily operations, ensure coating quality, and uphold safety standards on diverse industrial coating projects.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified in Surface Preparation and Coating Application (or equivalent).
• Strong industrial spray painting, abrasive blasting and coating specifications experience.
• Leadership experience coordinating a small team.

Leading Hand Industrial Painter | Maddington | $55-$60phph

Opportunity: Lead a small blast and paint team at company that prides itself mining equipment rebuilds, fabrication and industrial coating projects.

Experience: Trade qualified in Surface Preparation and Coating Application (or equivalent), with strong industrial spray painting, abrasive blasting, coating specifications and team leadership experience.
