Job summary

Strike Force Services is seeking an Industrial Labourer at our Newcastle site, joining a hardworking team of around 26 supporting safe, efficient site operations. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role with steady hours from 6:00am to 2:00pm, and opportunities to grow your skills through cross-training in dust control or coal handling.

You will be part of a team delivering reliable work with a strong safety culture, and no prior experience is required as full training is provided.

As an Industrial Labourer, you will join a hardworking team of approximately 26 employees supporting the safe and efficient operation of Vales Point Power Station. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that is best suited to someone who enjoys being active. Typical rostered hours are 6:00am to 2:00pm.

You will join either our Dust Team or Coal Team, working alongside an experienced crew in a fast-paced industrial environment. Whether you're managing dust control activities or undertaking physical labouring duties within the coal handling areas, you will play a key role in keeping the site operating safely and efficiently. Cross-training is provided across both teams, allowing you to develop new skills and gain valuable industry experience.

*For internal purposes, this role is referred to as a Cleaner.
