Job summary

Strike Force Services is seeking a reliable casual cleaner to service Council buildings, facilities and precincts across the Tamworth region. Most work is based in Tamworth with coverage of Manilla, Nundle and Barraba. Shifts run 6am-2pm or 4pm-12am, Monday through Sunday.

You will demonstrate pride, reliability and the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks. The position offers full training, ongoing support and development, and a clear path to permanent part-time or full-time

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience preferred; full training provided.
• Must meet physical demands of a labour-intensive role.
• Current driver's license and regular access to a vehicle.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of Work, Health & Safety.
• Able to complete and pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing.

The Role

The role entails commercial cleaning of Council buildings, facilities, and precincts across the Tamworth region. The majority of work will be based in Tamworth, however we also service facilities in Manilla, Nundle and Barraba

The role offered is casual with the opportunity to move to permanent part-time or full-time positions

Shift times available spanning Monday through to Sunday, AM and PM - usual times are 6am-2pm OR 4pm-12am

You will demonstrate pride in your work and reliability as well as have the ability to follow instructions and complete the tasks issued

Your Skills and Experience

• Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided
• Be able to meet the physical demands of a labour-intensive role
• Current driver's licence and must have regular access to a vehicle
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of Work, Health & Safety
• Be able to complete and pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing.
