Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor or Coordinator role, within a blue-collar or industrial setting.
• Understanding of Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and relevant Awards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the confidence to influence and consult at all levels within the organisation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
