Core Talent in Ballarat is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a blue-collar, industrial workforce on-site, partnering with operational leaders and frontline managers to deliver practical HR solutions.

Reporting to the HR Business Partnering Lead, the successful candidate will handle employee relations, performance management, change initiatives, and workforce planning within a unionised environment.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and workplace policies.
• Proven experience in HR advisory roles within industrial or complex operational environments.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on HR support across a large operational site (<140 chars).
• Partner with leaders to advise on day-to-day people matters.
• Coach leaders through performance management and develop employees.
• Support employee relations investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Advise on legislation, enterprise agreements, awards, contracts, policies.
• Support union engagement and industrial relations activities.
• Build manager capability through coaching and HR process training.
• Enhance site communications to improve engagement and information flow.
• Assist with change management and HR projects considering workforce impact.
• Support annual performance management, reviews and succession planning.
• Provide workforce reporting and HR insights for business decisions.
