• Confident across feasibility, planning and construction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing outcomes across the portfolio alongside development delivery
• Manage feasibility, including due diligence, planning and financial appraisal
• Lead consultant teams through design, documentation and planning approvals
• Oversee construction delivery, including contractor, programme and budget control
• Manage project risk, reporting and governance
