Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking a Development Manager to lead and deliver major industrial development projects in Brisbane. You will work directly with experienced development leaders, gaining exposure to acquisitions, feasibility analysis, planning, design, delivery and project completion.

The role requires strong financial and commercial acumen, ability to interrogate feasibilities and cash flow models, and proven stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in property development, land development, industrial or related sector.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to assess feasibilities and cash flow models.
• Proven stakeholder and consultant management skills.
• Ambition to progress into senior leadership.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development projects from acquisition through to delivery.
• Prepare and interrogate financial feasibilities, development appraisals and cash flow models.
• Coordinate consultants, planners, engineers and external stakeholders.
• Manage planning approvals, design development and project risks.
• Support acquisitions, due diligence and investment decision-making.
• Monitor project performance against financial and commercial objectives.
• Present recommendations and project updates to senior leadership.
