Job summary

Berendsen Fluid Power, part of Questas Group, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our nationwide branch network from Norwest, Wetherill Park or Newcastle. You’ll handle calls, emails, orders and admin, assisting branches respond to customer needs and manage workload.

• Experience managing customer enquiries alongside administrative tasks.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail when processing orders and preparing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls and multiple shared inboxes, prioritising enquiries and following through on requests.
• Preparing quotations and processing sales orders.
• Generating purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and branch colleagues to obtain information and progress enquiries.
• Helping customers with product selection using catalogues and product information as your knowledge develops.
• Assisting branches with service-related administration and other support tasks as required.
