Job summary

Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our national branch network from Norwest, Wetherill Park or Newcastle. You’ll handle calls, emails, quotes, and orders, helping branches respond to customer needs and manage their workload.

No hydraulic experience required; full training provided. Join a practical, varied role that values organisation, clear communication and teamwork across sales, service and administration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer enquiries alongside administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage calls and multiple inboxes, keeping requests organised and progressing.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail when processing orders and preparing documentation.
• A flexible approach to supporting sales, service and general administration.
• Willingness to learn technical products and work through unfamiliar enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls and multiple shared inboxes, prioritising enquiries and following through on requests.
• Preparing quotations and processing sales orders.
• Generating purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and branch colleagues to obtain information and progress enquiries.
• Helping customers with product selection using catalogues and product information as your knowledge develops.
• Assisting branches with service-related administration and other support tasks as required.
