• Experience in B2B sales or account management within industrial or wholesale sectors.
• Confident engaging with tradespeople and office-based decision-makers.
• Proactive and resilient approach to prospecting and business development.
• CRM experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of trade and industrial customers.
• Build strong relationships with tradies, site supervisors and key customer contacts.
• Provide sales and customer service support within the branch when required, assisting store-based team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct proactive customer visits and maintain regular account contact.
• Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting and targeted cold calling.
• Develop and implement customer growth plans.
• Track opportunities, activities and customer interactions.
• Provide product and solution recommendations to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
