Reo Group in Australia is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales across Mackay and regional Queensland. You will manage key customer relationships, develop new business opportunities and deliver technical solutions in industrial, mining and maintenance environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in industrial, mining or technical B2B sales.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and generate new business.
• Strong mechanical aptitude or knowledge of industrial equipment and technical products.
• Commercially driven, relationship-focused and comfortable managing a territory autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing industrial and mining customer accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the territory.
• Build relationships with maintenance, engineering and operational decision-makers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable industrial solutions.
• Develop territory plans to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Maintain a strong field presence across Mackay and regional Queensland.
