Career Employment Australia Ltd in Townsville is seeking a dedicated Case Worker to support Indigenous Youth Mobility Pathways (IYMP). You will work with the Project Coordinator to monitor students' educational progress and help connect them with training and study opportunities.

The role requires strong planning, community engagement and excellent record-keeping, plus the ability to build relationships with Indigenous communities and partner education providers.

Formación

• Demonstrated understanding of Indigenous culture.
• Experience supporting Indigenous youth.
• Strong planning and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with community engagement.
• Excellent written and record-keeping skills.
• Good understanding of vocational education, universities and apprenticeships.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing each participant's educational progress.
• Developing, reviewing and updating training plans with goals.
• Sourcing education, training and work opportunities for participants.
• Providing mentoring for participants.
• Identifying issues and referring to specialist services as required.
• Developing and maintaining links with ABSTUDY, Group Training, Australian Apprenticeships, TAFE, other RTOs and universities.
