Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment PTY is seeking an Intensive Support Case Manager – Youth in Tennant Creek to engage directly with young people and families, developing culturally responsive support plans and advocating for safe, healthy development.

You will coordinate services, promote education and health outcomes, and maintain compliance with relevant legislation while contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Child, Family and Youth Interventions, Community Services, Counselling, or equivalent.
• Experience in Aboriginal community health or welfare services with cultural competency.
• Well-developed communication, interpersonal, and case management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and youth-focused service delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client information systems.
• Current NT driver’s licence and ability to obtain Working with Children Check (Ochre Card).

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with young people and families to support safety, well-being, and positive development.
• Develop culturally responsive support plans, provide advocacy, and work with community agencies.
• Coordinate services and promote educational and health-related outcomes.
• Sustain respectful networks and contribute to service delivery improvements while ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
