Job summary

The University of Western Australia is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee Indigenous student support within the Indigenous Student Centre. You will coordinate academic support, wellbeing initiatives and retention programs across all study areas, guiding ITAS delivery and driving evidence-based service design.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering student support, engagement, retention or success programs in higher education.
• Strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and culturally safe work with students.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills; ability to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Indigenous student support services across all study areas.
• Oversee ITAS delivery, evaluate outcomes, and drive improvements.
