Job summary

Griffith University seeks a Senior Manager, Indigenous Strategic Initiatives to lead planning, coordination and delivery of key Indigenous priorities. You will work with the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Indigenous) and senior stakeholders to shape frameworks and drive outcomes across research, education, people and internationalisation.

You will oversee the Indigenous Plan, engage with Indigenous communities, and manage major projects including the GUMURRII relocation.

Qualifications

• Completion of postgraduate qualification with extensive relevant experience or management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of Indigenous strategic initiatives.
• Drive development and implementation of Indigenous priorities and plans.
• Coordinate engagement with Indigenous students, staff and communities.
• Oversee major projects including relocations and program governance.
• Prepare high level reports and briefings for executive decision making.
