You will gain workplace skills, complete a nationally recognised qualification, and earn credits toward your senior certificate while being supported by a dedicated Indigenous Careers Team. This is your first step toward a rewarding career with CommBank.

Qualifications

• Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
• Will be turning 16 in 2027
• Starting Year 11 or Year 12 in 2027
• Be enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Work, learn and earn while finishing school
• Gain real workplace experience with one of Australia's largest and most trusted organisations
• Complete a nationally recognised qualification
• Receive credits towards your HSC, VCE, TCE or equivalent senior school certificate
