Commonwealth Bank is offering a 12-month paid development program for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people. You will undertake full-time work while pursuing an accredited Certificate in Business or Finance, with potential progression to a permanent role after completion.

You’ll join a team focused on processing loans, payments, and applications, supported by on-the-job training and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person; eligible for program.
• Willingness to study while completing a Certificate qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and discharge loans for customers.
• Process payments and grants with accuracy.
