Job summary

CommBank invites Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to join an Indigenous School-Based Traineeship across Australia. The program blends work, study and real-world experience while you finish school.

You will gain workplace skills, complete a nationally recognised qualification, and earn credits toward your senior certificate while being supported by a dedicated Indigenous Careers Team. This is your first step toward a rewarding career with CommBank.

Qualifications

• Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
• Will be turning 16 in 2027
• Starting Year 11 or Year 12 in 2027
• Be enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn
