Job summary

The University of Queensland is seeking an Educational Content Developer (Learning Design) to shape culturally responsive career development resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.

You will collaborate with Indigenous communities, students and UQ staff to embed Indigenous knowledges and pedagogies, delivering inclusive learning experiences that support employability and student success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required with relevant experience.
• Experience creating digital educational content for diverse learners.
• Ability to embed Indigenous perspectives and culturally responsive practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging educational content and digital materials for student employability.
• Collaborate with Indigenous stakeholders and academic staff to create inclusive learning experiences.
• Embed Indigenous knowledges and pedagogies into career development initiatives.
• Advise on culturally responsive approaches to learning, engagement, and employability.
• Evaluate programs using feedback to drive improvement and student outcomes.
