Western Sydney University is seeking a highly experienced Head of Indigenous Future Students Engagement to lead the Indigenous engagement and recruitment strategy at Hawkesbury campus, with flexible working arrangements. The role is full-time and ongoing, HEW Level 9, with a salary of AUD 139,747 – 149,238 per annum plus 17% super and leave loading.

• You hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have significant experience in Indigenous engagement, education, outreach, community engagement or student recruitment.

Responsabilités

• Lead Indigenous engagement and recruitment strategy across schools, pathways, communities and prospective student programs.
• Oversee the prospective student journey from engagement through enrolment and provide strategic oversight of initiatives such as the Pathways to Dreaming and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Entry Program.
• Strengthen culturally responsive practice, partnerships and accountability; drawing on program data, research and sector intelligence to evaluate impact and guide decisions.
• Manage resources and risk, and provide high-level strategic advice to senior University stakeholders.
