Job summary

Qualifications

Degree level qualification in Social Work, Human Services or Behavioural Sciences.
Diploma or higher qualification in the community sector with at least two years' experience working within a case management framework, including culturally appropriate community work, assessment and referral.
Class C Driver's Licence required.

Responsibilities

Deliver best practice casework services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers using sound assessment and intervention skills.
Engage with and establish partnerships with a broad range of internal/external stakeholders and service providers to achieve quality outcomes.
Undertake a range of record and information management tasks including maintenance of case records, preparation of reports, performance reporting and data entry.
Actively participate in training and professional development activities to develop knowledge and competencies.
Participate in good governance and contribute to Frontline Services and the department objectives.
Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring WHS policies are applied.
