Responsibilities

• Engage effectively with children, families, carers, and service providers to support cultural needs and achieve case plan goals.
• Deliver individualised, high-quality, culturally appropriate casework support, child protection intervention and referrals.
• Work collaboratively with families and Recognised Entities to strengthen safety and support networks, including connection to extended family, community, country, and culture.
• Share cultural advice and knowledge of communities and culturally significant processes and events to strengthen workforce cultural capability.
