Job summary

Bield Housing and Care is seeking an Independent Living Assistant Co-Ordinator to support day-to-day operation across our Perth hub. You will work with tenants to promote wellbeing, manage service delivery, and ensure GDPR compliance. The role requires flexibility across developments and collaboration with the ILAC and ILC.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Ability to manage day-to-day service delivery across multiple developments.
• Good communication and GDPR/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of Independent Living services across the local hub.
• Maintain regular contact with tenants to support wellbeing and social connections.
• Record and escalate complaints or concerns appropriately; ensure GDPR compliance.
• Assist with meals service and ensure continuity of housing services.
• Lead and develop staff alongside the ILAC and report to the ILC.
