This is a part‑time opportunity within our Perth Hub (Quayside Court & Gladstone Court - 2 Retirement Housing developments) with responsibilities previously most comparable to those of a Retirement Housing with Meals Manager.
You will be responsible for supporting the effective day‑to‑day operation of Independent Living services across the local hub, ensuring services are well‑resourced, consistently delivered and aligned with organisational standards. Working closely with the Independent Living Co‑Ordinator and wider team, you will help maintain consistent practice across all developments and ensure clear, effective communication within staff teams.

The role includes ensuring complaints or concerns are recorded accurately and escalated appropriately, promoting good practice across teams, and ensuring compliance with GDPR responsibilities.
This role requires working flexibly across all developments within the local hub in line with service needs, ensuring continuity, consistency and a high‑quality experience for all tenants. You will assist with the smooth running of the meals service.
You will work alongside another Independent Living Assistant Co‑ordinator (ILAC), reporting to the Independent Living Co‑ordinator (ILC).

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can motivate a team, oversee service delivery and help develop our Independent Living Approach.
