Job summary

Alpha Allied Health Pty is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our Hervey Bay and Fraser Coast team. This community-based role offers the opportunity to develop your caseload in homes and clinics with flexible hours to suit your schedule.

You will work independently in the community, focusing on improving independence and quality of life for older clients, with potential growth into residential aged care and private settings.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Current unrestricted Australian driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Must have full working rights in Australia and National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Providing home-based assessments, modifications and interventions to optimise client independence.
• Delivering a high quality of care and professionalism with each service.
• Producing comprehensive written reports within required timeframes.
• Maintaining thorough client related documentation.
• Collaborating with other allied health professionals and referring partners.
• Managing client and family feedback and taking corrective action.
