Job summary

St Patrick's College, Strathfield is seeking a Learning Support Teacher to join the Diverse Learning Team, commencing Term 1, 2027. The role involves direct student support and collaboration with Years 7–12 teachers to differentiate learning programs.

You will contribute to NCCD, PLPs and related documentation while delivering contemporary pedagogy and strong classroom management. A Catholic ethos and NSW teaching accreditation are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and evaluate differentiated learning programs.
• Experience supporting students with additional learning and support needs in collaboration with teachers.
• Knowledge of NCCD processes, PLPs and HSC Disability Provisions.

Responsibilities

• Support students with diverse learning needs through direct intervention and collaboration.
