OneSchool Global Melton Campus is seeking a Specialist Learning Support Teacher to coordinate support for students with diverse learning needs and to empower teachers through guidance and professional learning.

The role blends teaching load with leading inclusive practices, supporting IEP implementation, and fostering collaboration with families and allied health professionals on a dynamic campus.

Qualifications

• VIT-registered teacher with knowledge of Australian Curriculum and syllabus.
• Experience applying differentiation and inclusive teaching methods.
• Comfort with digital tools and video platforms for remote/hybrid learning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and enhance support for students with diverse learning needs.
• Coach and support classroom teachers in curriculum adjustment and interventions.
• Lead development of inclusive practices and implementation of IEPs.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers and allied health professionals.
• Foster a whole-school approach to supporting diverse learners.
