Job summary

OneSchool Global - Melton Campus, Victoria, is seeking a Specialist Learning Support Teacher for a full-time, permanent role commencing ASAP. The role focuses on building classroom capacity through guidance, coaching and inclusive teaching practices.

You will work with teachers, parents and allied health professionals to ensure students access the curriculum, lead inclusive practices, support IEP implementation, and foster a whole-school approach to diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Must be a VIT-registered teacher with a strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Syllabus.
• Experience in inclusive teaching and leveraging modern teaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and enhance support for students with diverse learning needs.
• Build capacity of classroom teachers via guidance, coaching and professional support.
• Lead development of inclusive practices and support IEP implementation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and allied health professionals to ensure curriculum access.
