Job summary

OneSchool Global is seeking a Specialist Learning Support Teacher for our Melton Campus on a full-time, permanent basis, commencing ASAP. The role focuses on coaching and supporting classroom teachers to implement inclusive practices and evidence-based interventions.

You'll collaborate with teachers, parents and allied health professionals to ensure students access the curriculum and achieve learning goals, lead the development of IEPs, and foster a whole-school approach to diverse learners.

Qualifications

• VIT-registered teacher with strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum.
• Experience in inclusive teaching and evidence-based interventions is valued.
• Willingness to use technology for remote and blended learning as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and enhance support for students with diverse learning needs.
• Coach and support classroom teachers in curriculum adjustments and differentiation.
• Lead development of inclusive practices and support IEP implementation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and allied health professionals to meet learning goals.
