Job summary

OneSchool Global Perth Campus is seeking a Specialist Learning Support Teacher to join our welcoming team on a full-time, permanent basis, commencing in Term 1, 2027.

The role focuses on supporting students with complex learning, behavioural, social, and emotional needs to access the curriculum, with collaboration across teachers, families, and allied health professionals to implement personalised interventions and inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with neurodiverse needs, including intellectual disability.
• Ability to develop and implement personalised learning programs aligned to IEPs.
• Strong collaboration with families, teachers and allied health professionals.
• Knowledge of WA Curriculum and Syllabus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full teaching load while focusing on adjustments and interventions.
• Lead inclusive practices and coordinate support across year groups.
• Document progress and maintain confidentiality and student dignity.
• Support staff with professional learning in inclusive practice.
