The position:

Hillcrest Christian College is seeking a compassionate and dedicatedLearning Support Teacherto join our Junior Learning Community (Prep to Year 4). The successful applicant will work collaboratively with teachers, students, and families to create inclusive learning environments that foster growth, confidence, and academic success.

This is a contract position working Mondays, with immediate start. The successful candidate must hold current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration. Qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in Learning Support, Inclusive Education, Special Education, or a related field will be highly regarded.

The Learning Support Teacher plays a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs by providing targeted interventions, facilitating classroom engagement, and implementing tailored learning strategies. Working closely with classroom teachers, the successful candidate will help ensure each student is supported to reach their full potential within a caring and nurturing Christian environment.
