SYC is seeking an Inclusive Business Partner based in Western Melbourne to develop strong relationships with employers and stakeholders and increase opportunities for Inclusive Employment Australia.

You will actively promote disability employment services to job seekers, school leavers and employers, grow caseloads, and help place people into sustainable roles while traveling to areas such as Melton, Altona Meadows, Footscray, Taylors Lakes and Werribee.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Actively promote and market Disability Employment Services to job seekers, school leavers and employers.
• Grow Inclusive Employment Australia caseloads through direct registrations.
• Encourage employers to hire and place job seekers in roles.
• Maintain knowledge of the local community and labour market to provide expert advice.
