The Salvation Army's Employment Plus is recruiting a Community Engagement Coordinator to build partnerships across Bayside and Eastern Melbourne and create pathways connecting people to meaningful employment opportunities.

You will develop collaborations with disability providers, schools, TAFEs, and employers, promote Inclusive Employment Australia, and travel regionally to support referrals and program growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employment Services, Disability Services, Community Services or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to identify opportunities and develop community networks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success.
• Sound Microsoft Office skills.
• A current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the region.

Responsabilités

• Building and maintaining community and industry partnerships.
• Developing referral pathways that support participant engagement and program growth.
• Promoting Inclusive Employment Australia across the region.
• Representing Employment Plus at community events, expos and networking opportunities.
• Supporting employers to adopt inclusive employment practices.
• Working collaboratively with Employment Consultants and local leaders.
• Maintaining stakeholder engagement records and reporting.
