You will guide and support participants, build relationships with employers, and promote services while ensuring compliance and driving performance benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Passionate & motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to help participants succeed in employment.
• Ability to build positive relationships with participants and employers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
• Problem solving skills and capability to develop placement strategies.
• Tech-savvy and confident with computers and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Use a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment.
• Develop partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities.
• Enhance employability by referrals to support services and training.
• Provide in-employment support to sustain employment.
• Market participants’ skills to prospective employers.
• Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks.
• Keep detailed records and adhere to compliance requirements.
