Job summary

APM Employment Services in Bendigo, VIC is hiring an Employment Consultant to support people with disability toward sustainable employment within our Inclusive Employment Australia Program. You will combine client support with employer engagement and administration to help participants secure meaningful roles.

You will build relationships with local businesses, coach participants, prepare resumes and job search strategies, and track progress against KPIs.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• A MyGovID (Standard level).
• Willing to complete a National Police Check.
• Able to pass a Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with participants to understand their employment goals and position them for success.
• Coach participants to be job-ready, competitive, and interview confident.
• Assist participants with resumes, interview preparation, job search strategies and facilitate access to training and upskilling opportunities.
