Job summary

Sarina Russo Job Access in Queensland is seeking an Employment Coach to join the Inclusive Employment Australia program. You will deliver tailored coaching to participants, help them develop skills, prepare for work and engage with inclusive employers.

Locations include Maryborough and Hervey Bay with outreach travel; hours Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm. You’ll bring experience in employment services or disability support, strong communication, and a commitment to diversity.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment services, disability support or community services is expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to build trust with diverse participants is required.
• Knowledge of inclusive employment practices and workplace accommodations is valued.
• Cultural competency and commitment to diversity are important.
• Proven ability to collaborate with employers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised coaching and employment support.
• Develop and manage individualised employment plans.
• Facilitate job readiness training and career development.
• Engage with employers to identify opportunities and support workplace adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement.
